Blue-and-gold macaws in flight

The best place to take photos of Blue-and-gold macaws must be at the Tambopata Research Centre at the big claylick. Up to 50 or more individuals congregate from November to January and the early morning light on a non-rainy day makes the yellow a really gorgeous gold - showing just how precious they are!
