Cobalt-winged parakeet flush from El Gato colpa

On a trip down the El Gato river by canoe, we could hear the noise of parakeets up ahead on the El Gato claylick. We came around the bend, slowly to see 100+ parakeets on the claylick. As we drifted down with the current down the stream, eventually our proximity caused the birds to fly off in a massive flush.
